B-Safe Security Specialists Ltd will provide opportunities for training Security Operatives and Clients alike. When appropriate we will encourage the take up of refresher and upgrade courses to meet professional development and progression.

1. We understand the importance of development and know that it plays a key part in achieving our Company goals.
2. We shall ensure that approved, qualified trainers deliver all courses.
3. We will make sure re-fresher courses are available if needed.
4. We will display all available courses and training dates at our offices at all times.
5. We will provide each venue with a detailed training manual.
