General Conduct Requirements Policy
Whilst working with and representing B-Safe Security Specialists Ltd please ensure that the following details are adhered to at all times by the Security Personnel.
- A member of your management should liase with our Head Office regularly to enable good communication and standards are kept to a high criterion.
- Security Personnel should be local to the area, proficient and hold a valid registration badge. The Security Personnel should be trained to the required Council Standard, whilst also being registered with the Security Industry Authority.
- In order to maintain consistency and a strong working relationship, please ensure that a regular team is used and the Head Doorman gives all new personnel an induction.
- All security should wear the correct pressed uniform and be smart in appearance – displaying their identity badge at all times.
- All security should arrive 10 minutes before their shift commences to communicate with the Head Doorman on any issues and sign in on the council book or provided B-Safe Security Specialists Ltd signing in sheet.
- Always guarantee that venues, customers and staff are treated respectfully and communication skills reflect well on both companies.
- Any issues must be dealt with in an appropriate manner and logged in the Incident/Accident Book provided by B-Safe Security Specialists Ltd.
- All customers must be greeted upon arrival and the appropriate courtesy when they depart, e.g.: ‘have a safe journey home’ or ‘have a good day’.
- The Security Personnel should always assist the management and staff if asked to perform any additional duties related to the safety of the venue.
- Time Sheets must be faxed to our Head Office by Sunday night to enable accurate invoicing.
