Code of Conduct Policy

  1. Arrive 10-15 minutes before start of shift to all venues. This could be earlier dependent on clients need.
  2. Failure to arrive on time will instigate a fine.
  3. Check that ALL FIRE EXITS are clear and unlocked.
  4. Do not chew gum or eat while you are working.
  5. Do not smoke whilst you are working.
  6. Do not wear a cap.
  7. Do not wear any jewellery.
  8. Always fill in the time sheet before you start work.
  9. Do not make personal calls on mobile phones whilst on duty.
  10. Be polite at all times.

Responsibility on close of venue

  1. Make sure that the venue is clear and safe.
  2. Check all toilets.
  3. Check and lock fire exits if required.
